Maha Sambodhi Dharma Sangha announced World Peace Maitreya Puja, a five days prayer program from 21th – 25th of March 2012 at Halkhoryia, Bara , Nepal. (8-12 Chaitra 2068  in Nepali calendar).
For this auspicious occasion Sangha kindly welcomes people from all over the world.
All the details of the program will be given within one month.

Upon arrival to Halkhoriya forest early in the morning, Dharma Sangha sat peacefully upon his meditation spot.  The sun was hot and few hundred people from around the world had shown up and were sitting in meditation in front of Guruji.  The monks chanted softly a mantra and Dharma Sangha´s eyes opened to view all who had arrived.  Large tarps were placed upon the ground to cover the dirt and the sun shined bright from the sky above.  A few dogs had found their way to the site and were sleeping next to Dharam Sangha´s temple.  

The monks stood after a long prayer and presented Dharma Sangha with a white robe.  One to replace the current grew robe he has been wearing for many years.  The walked infront of the Guruji and held the robe above their head.  Dharma Sangha blessed the robes and they were placed next to him, waiting for the days ahead where he would wear them for his large walk the following friday.  The day had finally come.
